Pesto din menta

Cum spuneam, nu ne limitam doar la pesto genovese. “Pesto” reprezinta un sos iar noi experimentam :)

Am inlocuit busuiocul cu menta si a iesit un sos chiar interesant. Procedeul este cel “clasic” si folosim:

  • parmezan
  • pinoli
  • cateva fire de menta
  • 1 catel de usturoi
  • ulei de masline
  • sare

Am macinat parmezanul, pinolii si usturoiul.

Am adaugat menta si uleiul de masline. Bineinteles, n-am uitat de sare.

Simplu, nu? Pofta buna!
